I shouldn't be suspended

You shouldn't retaliate online when being harassed, just report that person or block him from further abuse. If you retaliate you are using abuse as well so you risk a suspension if XBLPET investigates your activity. Read the Code of Conduct and reflect
on your behavior.

If you would like to report other gamers, you need to do so through the console. If they are especially toxic, please also block them through the console and do not message them. Messaging blocked users will unblock them. The reports will be reviewed by
the Policy Enforcement Team, and actions are taken when necessary.

select that then select Report Person

then block and ignore them.

do not replyto their messages as this will unblock them and they will probably report you if you say something that violates the Code of Conduct.

Repeat offenders do get increasingly severe punishments if their behavior is reported. Just report the players and block them.

You're welcome. When dealing with inappropriate behavior, it's best not to respond with any inappropriate behavior, even if you're just repeating what was said. The best method is RBI - report the bad behavior, block the user from further contact, and
ignore any further messages they may send (in-game chat or wherever).

I live by the Report, block and move on method. It's not worth losing energy to stress or worry about others behavior.
