Ich habe über den Microsoft Store ein digitaler Kauf getätigt.

Anschließend hieß es dass der Artikel nun heruntergeladen werden kann oder wenn der Store geschlossen wurde, der Artikel erneut gekauft werden kann ohne dass der Kauf mehrfach verbucht wird.

Als ich mit dem selben Account im XBOX Store den gleichen Artikel zur Installation erneut erworben habe wurde dieser ein zweites mahl in Rechnung gestellt.

Bitte um Aufklärung bzw. Korrektur.

Hello Jeans,

If you only see one transaction then only one went through. When you check your

order history on the Microsoft account is there two purchases? Please do not send or post any transaction details. We are unable to do anything with them. If you were double charged you can try to get one refunded. You should of only got charged once. With
games if you try purchase the same game it will tell you don't need a 2nd copy.

Der erste Kauf wurde mit Sofortüberweisung gezahlt. Ist aber nicht im Kaufverlauf zu sehen.

Der zweite Kauf wurde mit Paypal gezahlt und taucht auch im Kaufverlauf auf.

Was soll ich nun tun?
