You just put a band round the thumbstick so it's at an angle so whatever it's sposed to move keeps moving, think it's for Cheevos where you have to play for a certain amount of time or so you don't get timed out due to inactivity. No doubt others will
know more!

Sounds like it would be handy in a titanfall lobby

I still get kicked for a handful of minutes, in my own lobby lol.

Although, to be honest "rubber banding" does also refer to the practice of putting rubber bands on a controller to keep it active for cheating at getting time based achievements...

It also refers to how in some racing games AI cars you've over-taken and left miles back magically catch up with you.

Wow! People were actually shooting at it? Has it been confirmed that this can be killed? Like the dragons from Titanfall? That would be pretty awesome. Thanks for the added info guys, I love little things like this that devs throw in.
