    There is some kind of problem with the game "Meet the Robisons" from Xbox live Gold. I could not download it.

    Thanks for reaching out to Xbox forums.

    I'm sorry to hear about you not being able to download "Meet the Robinsons".

    It's currently available through Games with Gold until 7-31 and it is backwards compatible.

    What type of error message are you receiving?

    What exactly was the problem downloading it? If you are trying to download it on an Xbox One, you will need a payment method for example a credit/debit card or PayPal account attached to your account.

    Thanks for reaching out to the Community for advice on how to hopefully get your game to boot up. I can understand how having this kind of problem right when the games offered with Games with Gold are about to change could be distressing. Seeing as you were
    able to download the game after all but it's not launching, I would recommend trying the steps outlined in our

    Xbox Game Freeze Solution     for this kind of error.

    When you get the chance, try the steps in that guide out and let us know how that helped.
