Medieval Dynasty Heir update

Hi,

I cant seem to access my previous post. But I asked why the Heir update has not hit xbox PC gamepass.

I got a lot of default posts saying to update the store. run a load of things that are just default answers.

I want to know, when is it due for release on gamepass? I dont need to mess with any settings i can see on the store the game is still version 1.3 but steam GOG etc has had version 1.4 since Thursday 11th. And my question is why have PC xbox gamepass not released it yet and when is it due for release?

Otherwise ill just cancel and buy it on steam because gamepass seems to be awful for releasing game updates, and i dont understand why.

Thank you for writing to Xbox Community Forums.

We are trying to sort this out and consulted to our higher support. While waiting. we would like you to please give us more details by answering the following questions and do the suggested steps for the time being.

What platform are you using?
Have you tried uninstall/install process?
Do you also have the latest update version of the game?

If you are on windows 10 please try to do this steps.

Solution 2: Reset Windows 10 store & Xbox app

1. Open Settings.

2. Go to Apps -> Apps & features.

3. Look for Microsoft Store/Xbox App and click it on the right side.

4. The advanced options link will appear. Click it

5. Next, click on the Reset button to reset Microsoft Store/Xbox App to the default setting.

Solution 3: Try reinstalling the Gaming Services package on your Windows 10 device:

1. Right-click the Start button in the lower-left corner of the main screen, and then select Windows PowerShell (Admin).

2. In the Administrator: Windows PowerShell screen, type the following command and press Enter:

Get-AppxPackage *gamingservices* -allusers | remove-appxpackage -allusers

3. Wait for the process to finish and then restart the PC and try again.

Welcome to the Microsoft Community.

When you develop games/apps, the packages for the app/game will need to be sent to Microsoft to undergo the submission process. This would be done under the developer portal. This is where Microsoft will check the packages to ensure they are acceptable. Once they have validated the packages, they will be made available to the store/update client.

This was how I remember the submission process for apps/games before. However, it may have changed slightly since the last time I did this about 6 years ago. The developers will be told if their submission is accepted or denied. My advice would be to keep an eye on the game and see if there are updates available.

I already let a Microsoft agent know this, hopefully they're going to reply as soon as possible giving us the exact reason why the update for the game is delayed.
