    Media Player pixels


    Hi,

    I am playing movies 720/1080p from an external hardrive on the media player and there seems to be a lot of pixelation in the picture. Very noticeable in darker areas of the image on screen.

    I am wondering if anyone else has this issue and has come across a workaround and can help me fix this.

    Mine too. Tried re-installing (from popular apps) and installation stops at 100%.

    Where is the promised performance update for Titanfall?

    ^^Well the gaming media is putting so much stock into counting pixels that the masses are jumping on the bandwagon as well. I never remember seeing headlines saying oh Skyrim is only in 720p. Click bait articles are getting ridiculous.

    Happens with MP4, Mkv and Avi I'm pretty sure. Never had the problem on 360 though.

    Happens with MP4, Mkv and Avi I'm pretty sure. Never had the problem on 360 though.

    Media player app stoped working

    Hi, the error is on the Xbox One X.

    Error code per below:

    0xc00d11c6 (0x8007000e)

    The above code only appears on the "media player" app.

    The note will say:

    "Sorry, the app needs to restart"

    Understand that the Xbox is a versatile media player however just about any content/file type I play through it the video either gets pixelated,frequently pauses or stops. The streaming isn't smooth.

    I have also tried various apps such as Media Player, Media Player Pro and VLC.

    *I'm using an external HDD*

    These spray requires to do achievements to unlock them, as you can see I have theses sprays but the 3 achievements I'm supposed to have on my Xbox account are still locked.
