    I am having an issue as well. Inserted a disk but kept getting the error in which "please insert disk" comes up or "content unavailable". Upon looking at other posts in similar forums I found that people fixed the issue by the typical uninstall-re install
    method. So I uninstalled it, searched "blu ray" in apps, and again it is not there. So by looking at this forum it seems that it may have been fixed a couple of days ago...but now its broken again...

    PS: Microsoft will delete your opinion,even if it helps fix thier multi million dollar machine.

    I agree, with the xbox live comment.

    Seems like everytime i wanna play ,something on ONE is down!

    Since im pretty sure,they wont give us xbox time back.

    I wouldnt,mind if the free game next month,was good.

    Opinion? Worst time of year for these glitches,i accually WANT the xbox one to sell consoles!

    • Press and hold the power button on your Xbox One console for 10 seconds.
    • Once your console is powered off, unplug the power cord.
    • Wait 5 minutes and then plug in your console.
    • Power on your console and check to see if the issue continues.

    Give the suggested steps a try and if the issue continues to occur, please let us know.
