    MechAssault


    MecAssault was one of the first Xbox live game, predating halo 2. It was a huge hit, brought in a sequel, and was all around an incredible game. It would be a shame if this game does not make the backwards compatibility list.

    If you could choose a canceled XBOX or 360 game to be created what would it be?

    I would also like to see a Hunter the Reconing 3.and Mechassault 3.But the good news is that Mechassault 3 may come out for 720 considering Day 1 Studios"makers of Mechassault" say they are working on a secret project!

    I completely agree! I would settle for the same game just make it available to play online. However, I believe a reboot would revitalize the old community of gamers from 2002 and show many others why Xbox Live was so great from the start.

    Mechassault was never the marquee game for Xbox Live. Halo 2 was by a landslide. Mechassault wasn't even top 10. They even gave it a sequel and nobody bought it.

    I sure wish I had good ol' MechAssault on the Xbox 360.

    I know this post is quite old now, but let's pray that Microsoft has plan for either the next MechAssault or remastered ports of MechAssault 1 & 2 on Xbox One.
