Mechassault

I'm glad you replied - I couldn't find this thread earlier today; I was afraid the mods had removed it. :|

 

I know this is an older post but I was just yapping to my coworker today about how much I'd love to see a new MechAssault. It was the early days of Xbox Live and, to me, it helped sell the service. Anyone else interested in playing a new MechAssault?

It was a simple game but it was a lot of fun.

So why not the Gundam series? I don't even think the Ps4 has a Gundam game yet. Maybe the Mech franchises aren't getting the interest?

I would love a Gundam game as long as its fun and not overly complicated.

 

I would support this, been a tenday since Ive played in a mechsuit, well more then a tenday! You guys remember SHOGO the game made by Monolith ? man that game was the shizit!

 

Join Mechassault 2 every saturday and friday night at 10Pm EST. we are using a program called Xlink kai. It's a program that let's you play online through the System link feature. Don't believe me? Search up mechassaultreborn on youtube to see all of our

I'm in for those times! No one is every on, but now I know when people play. Are you still doing this at tbese times?

 

I played the crap out of 1 and 2 and was mad when they disabled xbox live. I never get tired of mechassault 2!

 

I talk about how awesome MA on Live when it first launched was too quite often. I loved that game and wish MS would do something with it!

 

I loved MechAssault when it came out, and love the universe the game resides in.

However, this would need more than a fresh cost of paint to thrive in.

Multiplayer needs a real matchmaking, and environments would need to be a little less destructable to encourage light, maneuvarable mechs wihout them being slaughtered after the first few minutes.
