    ME3 From Ashes DLC Issue


    Seriously, I have a major problem.

    My game worked FINE until I bought that DLC. Shadow Broker, Kasumi Goto, all work great in ME2. Import went beautifully, and I decided to download the From Ashes DLC.

    I exit out of the game after it completely downloads and BOOM it just HANGS on the “checking downloadable content” screen. The “Loading” circle is still spinning, and all that fun ***, but goes nowhere after that. I can attempt to connect to the EA servers
    just fine, but try to move the selections on the main menu and nothing moves.

    I don’t want to have to restart ME3… aka kill EVERYTHING and start from scratch (me3 wise) but even when I delete the DLC it still hangs.

    There aren’t any doubles of the DLC on any of the storage drives i have hooked up, checked several times.

    Moving everything back to my thumb drive from the HD that I reformatted to see if putting the DLC in a larger storage unit would make it behave better and it’s not.

    Multiplayer Rebellion Pack

    From Ashes add-on

    -

    That's a total of 4 DLC's, with only the From Ashes DLC actually costing any money - 800MSP to be precise. All the others are free.

    Trend is to "over exploit" gamers says Witcher dev.

    The imfamous Ashes DLC with ME3 is a perfect example of DLC not being evil but the creators.

    Try disconnecting your console from LIVE and then starting the game.

    Wouldn't day one DLC cause an unecessary uproar? I still remember how a lot of people went crazy over the ME3 ashes dlc.

    @bardnoir - Thanks very much! I'm certain that both the N7 and From Ashes DLC's downloaded,...but where do I check the ME3 add ons? Is that done from within the game menus,...or from the dashboard?
