Hola, primero que nada, me gustaría decir que no he podido encontara un lugar en el soporte de Xbox Live en el que se encuentre un correo donde se pueda depositar una queja.

Yo jugaba un partido de FIFA, lo gané, sin embargo, la persona a la que le gané mostró una actitud antideportiva y me dijo que yo era malo y no merecía ganar, yo, molesto por la situación, le contesté que me valía “madres”, e inclusive, le dije buen juego,sin

I understand your point, and I know theres nothing I can do, I just wan’t Xbox to be a little more flexible.

I mean, it was just a day suspension, I can live with that.

However, I only hope that the other player was suspended too. Even though he didn’t say any “bad” words, he had an unsportsmanlike attitude.

Sorry to hear about the situation, but the Xbox live code of conduct
is there to create an environment that is friendly for everyone! Xbox is a very family oriented company! There are many children who play Xbox as well and the code of conduct
is set in place to encourage good sportsmanship and positive communication!

Xbox live is an online service regulated by rules as every online service. Once you accept the rules of The
Code of Conduct (at your own will) when you sign in for Xbox live you are bound by these rules in order to use the live services.

By the Microsoft Code of Conduct. Just because something isn’t on this list doesn’t mean it’s OK.

Please be advised that the Enforcement team does not ban an account without reason as posted under the
Mythsection
for enforcement. (Do not be a toxic player and use profanity, because you can be suspended for that.)

If you run into a toxic player then Report, Block and Ignore the user, and do not engage them.

(Enforcement does not see anyone as Defending themselves, they look towards the Code only.)

(Just remember that you are allowed to say and do what you want, but there will be repercussions for voiding the Code of conduct)

Did you report the other player? The enforcement team relies on other members to submit reports when another player breaks the Code of Conduct.

(If any toxic players have voided the code of conduct in anyway, then they will also receive a suspension once reported.)
