Me retiraron cosas del juego [Translation-They took things from the game]

Entre al juego como hacia diariamente pero cuando entro al lobby me aparece "Jugador a retirado las siguientes cosas" y me quitaron 1 skin y 13.mil pavos ( que no tenía solo tenía 800) y me quito los 800 y como no eran 13mil lo demas quedo en negativo, si
gano 100 pavos se descuenta.

Ejemplo: -13mil y gano 100 pavos queda en

12900

[Translation-I walked into the game as I did on a daily basis but when I walked into the lobby I'm shown "Player to remove the following things" and they took away 1 skin and
13.mil bucks (which I didn't only have 800) and I took off the 800 and since it wasn't 13thousand i was left in negative ,
if I make 100 bucks it's taken out.

Example: -13mil and I earn 100 bucks is left in

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums.

If you requested a refund for V-bucks from either Microsoft or Epic Games at any point, then Epic Games will remove the V-bucks and any cosmetic items that were purchased using the refunded V-bucks.

For this issue, you will need to contact Epic Games customer service. Microsoft or anybody else on the forums will not be able to help you with removed V-bucks or skins, only Epic Games can help you with this. Fill out a

support ticket with them and they should get back to you.
