Comms ban because I report 3 team killers and the 3 of them report me and I get banned for nothing

please help me get my comms ban lifted as I am a victim of team killers reporting me because I reported them for killing me but I guess my one report against there 3 reports means I get banned for nothing and they get away laughing this is a joke Xbox and
if your going to ban someone at least investigate it first

I think you mean someone has reported you for cheating as you can see if you've been reported in the past 6 months & what for.

If you have done nothing wrong then you have nothing at all to worry about,you wont be suspended just because someone reported you.

Some people can't take losing & will report someone who beat them in a game thinking it will get them banned,it won't.

All reports are investigated so like I said,if you have not cheated then you have nothing to worry about.

People like that are around, it's just unfortunate that we can't irradicate them or their mind sets

Someone who behaves in such a way, it is not a stretch for them to try and use the reporting system to troll you as well. Luckily it is set up to be resilient to such actions, if you are otherwise a good player and one person reports you, then no action
should be taken against you.

Always report people who behave in such ways. The system works best when everyone reports bad behavior

Be aware that this is not how the reporting or enforcement system works.

Whenever someone reports you, the console involved will collect data and telemetry and sends that in with the report as evidence. In the case of a message that is reported, the message gets attached to the report.

If someone (or multiple people) report you "100 times", then the Enforcement system consolidates all 100 reports into one single report.

Reporting someone over and over will NOT get them banned automatically. It just causes this one single report to move up the report queue faster.

In the end, a real human being from the enforcement team then looks at the report and the attached evidence. If the evidence shows that you did nothing, then the Enforcement Team member will do nothing, and you will not get banned. No matter if one, two
or one hundred reports were created about you.

If however your message contained something that violated the code of conduct (for example your message put someone down or belittled them without actually using swear words), then the Enforcement Team member will issue a suspension.
