    Hace 2 dias dos jugadores de xbox( de los que tengo los correos) se metieron en mi cuenta y se regalaron un juego(GTAV) y dos complementos para otro(fornite) en total 75 €. Me gustaria recuperar mi dinero y aplicar un par de denuncias hacia dichos jugadores.
    Ya he intentado reembolsar las compras pero la pagina microsoft no mme ayuda porque siempre me manda al mismo enlace que no me sirve para nada y no me salen las opciones de contactar con los de soporte tecnico. Hay alguna de recuperar el dinero sin tener que
    denunciarles?

    Acabo de hablar con el equipo de microsoft y estoy esperando la confirmación del reembolso si es posible. En el caso de que no me devuelvan el dinero tendré que tomar medidas legales
