me dice que no soy dueño del juego

hola lo que pasa es que compre cuatro juegos, y en mi cuenta aparece que son mios, pero a la hora de jugar me dice que compre el juego, entonces no se cual sera el error. mi cuenta es: [mod removed].

tengo un problema con el juego y es que me sale un letrero que dice que no puede actualizar mi perfil...que hago? ahora hoy que lo jugue nuevamente me guardo los logros, pero no me deja jugar cerca del final o algo así, me toca empezar todo el juego nuevamente...

 

No puedo sincronizar progreso en pc al instalar nuevamente el juego

re instale Windows 10 64bits, y descargue el juego nuevamente desde la Store y ahora al entrar al juego no me deja sincronizar El Progreso del juego que tenía anteriormente en la nube. Me dice que en este momento no puede sincronizar que intente nuevamente
más tarde, intente decenas de veces y todavía no puedo.
