Me being harrassed by other players because of my gamertag!

I have been harrassed because of my gamertag which is AgonnHalo000 it's all about some players online calling me a halo fanboy and sending me bad messages and not leaving me alone to play online.I just collected some money for my 12 month gold membership
and I don't have any left to change my gamertag! so I'm just looking for help if you can allow me to change my gamertag once again for free!

Gamertag Change

i need to change my gamertag i am being harrassed by an old team and its members but dont have the money to do it until the end of the week and cant play a game without them joining or interupting

well you cant get it changed for free unless you have a enforcement at you

but you can block communications, file an complainant at them and mute and submit an bad review

Attempting to social engineer a free change isn't ok just so you know. I believe it's actually considered Marketplace Theft because you know very well that story is false and no one is harassing you.

 

It's unfair to assume that because they were hoping for a free Gamertag name change that they are not being harassed. Not everyone on the internet is so kind as to not pick on someone or full on bully them for their choice in game.

That aside, what Ritzy said is correct. Aside from paying the fee for a Gamertag change, the only other ways to get a new gamertag are to either have it reported many, many times, or make an entirely new Gamertag. Blocking those harassing you is really the
best option in this situation.

 

Or setting contacts to friends only which solves the problem

 

@TenthStreetRed -- It can be reported once or a thousand times and it would not matter. If it does not violate the Code of Conduct it will not be changed. Forced changes also put a mark towards permanent banning so they are never a good thing.

 

Even if you did get a forced name change,you would be given a random gamertag & still have to pay to change it to a personal one.
