Me and my friends appearing offline

My profile status says offline even tho iam online same thing for my friends nothing seem to work...when i try to check the privacy settings it takes ages to load and i get error in the end.

xbox offline

Good evening,

My xbox profile is appearing offline and i didn´t change anything. I swich to online in my profile but it swichs back to offline. I go to privacy and online safety to set eveything to allow and friends and it still appearing offline and my friends can´t play
with me.

Can you please help me

Friend list problem?

Same thing has just started happening to me, but its me who my friends see as offline. I'm certainly not appearing offline and in the past 3 days 2 of my friends have asked me why i was offline even though i wasn't.

What the error code and message you're receiving when you try to check your privacy settings? Try a

Factory Restore on your Xbox One console by selecting 'Reset and keep my games & apps'. If the issue persists, please be sure to post back with the error code you get so we can assist further!

There is two ways too appear offline it's through the toggle in the Social App or in the Privacy settings i'd check both if i was you. Actually Sewey i believe the way to change your privacy settings too appear online is a Xbox 360 option i don't believe
the Xbox one carried that feature over so if you still own your 360 check there first in the privacy settings if you don't own a 360 anymore you can change it on the Xbox website.
