I can't seem to join my friends on their mcworld, they also can't join mine.

We've tried almost everything, resetting the app, resetting our phones, login on and off microsoft account, even tried deleting and dowloading the app, made sure multiplayer is on

We are all in the same version, 1.16.0.63 Beta on MCPE, help!

I even tried using another account but it still didn't work
