    Last related thread was closed in 2022 and I could not contact MC Support Team in any other ways, so please provide some response

    • First I've used password reset feature. Got back the following email, so far so good
      > Your password for the Microsoft account *****@gmail.com was changed on 5/2/2024 9:56 AM (GMT)
    • Soon after the initial email I've received additional email which I ignored as it must have been related to the first one
      >The following security info was recently deleted from the Microsoft account *****@gmail.com:
      > <my phone number goes here>
      > If this was you, then you can safely ignore this email.
      Needless to say, this was not requested by me
    • Next email contained the following information:
      > Someone started a process to replace all of the security info for the Microsoft account *****@gmail.com.

      > If this was you, you can safely ignore this email. Your security info will be replaced with *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** when the 30-day waiting period is up.
    Correct me if I'm wrong, but both of those actions should require either a separate code sent to email, an SMS or at least a confirmation link. In other case, anyone able to access my Microsoft account is also able to rewrite any kind of account/security information.
    I don't hope to recover my account as I have noticed that not a lot of users actually manage to get it back, my main question for the Support Team is the following:

    Is it correct that any security-related changes to account do not require any additional confirmation?

    Just in case the automated account recovery topic will be brought up, this is what I've attempted:

    1. Went to https://account.live.com/acsr
    2. Filled in my lost account name and the email I would like to use for recovery, as well as the CAPTCHA
    3. Filled in my name, my last name, my DoB, country and region I've created my account from, as well as mail index. So far so good.
    4. The last field contains the request to answer the secret question, which is literally "??????? ???????????? ????????". I'm quite sure this is not the question I would've set up even in my most delirious state. Basically, this is related to the highlighed question above.
    5. Other password you've used - not a big problem.
    6. Next I'm reqested to provide info on past purchases - but the only purchase I've made was from Mojang back when it wasn't a part of Microsoft - so I guess this doesn't count at all.
    7. I've used Skype a while ago so I managed to fill this part as well, but nothing else I can use to further verify my authenticity:
      - I could use my phone number to receive a voice call or an SMS, but it was instantly removed from my account with no warning or confirmation.

      - I could provide my ID, but this way of verification might be against Microsoft's EULA or CoC

      - I could also provide lots of witness statements (written, recorded or live) but again, this is not considered a proper verification.
    8. One last concern: I've received a negative response for both of my daily attempts to recover my account in less than a minute, though I was warned that this process would take up to 48 hours, assuming this process if partly/fully automated with no concerns to reliability of provided data.

    This summarizes as the secondary question for the Support Team:

    Is there any other way to directly contact the Support Team except forums and ACSR?

    play S&D, look at someones player-card emblem during the kill-cam and wait for the transition into the next round. Your screen will be blurry and you won't be able to move.

    Does the "blurry screen glitch" look like games tend to look when you disconnect the controller? I keep reading how people get it when they control killstreaks but I keep on getting it if I access a player's gamercard through the scoreboard. So annoying
    when after that there's nothing you can do except either stand still and wait for the match to be over or dashboard. All was fine before the latest update; how could they break something like this?
