MCC refund

I wonder if I'd get this since I got MCC refunded.

Keep drinking that halo kool-aid kid playing on a LAN at a show and functioning on xbox live servers are two entirely different things. It doesn't matter about base traits or equal footing or map layout if you cant play the stinking game, what made it great
the 1st time was we could actually play the game! It worked fine 10 years ago and thats the last time it worked right!!

Look, MCC was a AAA disaster, but I'm confident that Microsoft will take this opportunity as the excuse to remove cancerous components from 343.

Halo 5 is completely different because Josh Holmes is leading the project...

Plus, gaming journalists who played at HaloFest have genuinely positive regard with the experience. Base traits and a return to equal footing is a huge component of what made Halo the marquee multiplayer experience. It will be a return to greatness.

Not lawsuit worthy, but refunds should be given for those who want. The game was clearly unfinished with occasional crashes and glitches popping up intermittently. But it's inexcusable for matchmaking to be in such a dysfunctional state. I bought the game
for multiplayer, and as this component is broken, the game is broken.

It'd be like if you paid for a steak dinner at Morton's, and your plate only came with potatoes and vegetables. Daren't you say you'd remain mum. You'd make a big stink after shelling out $50. The manager would probably comp your meal.

But Bonnie Ross is an incompetent VP and has approved the release of an unfinished game. To compound this, the PR response from 343 has been abysmal. When they explain 3 months from now that they'd been too busy developing DLC for you to buy rather than
optimizing matchmaking before launch, remember that your last iota of faith in the Halo brand was eroded when this game was released in a decayed state.

And I told you Microsoft support is useless and refuse to help and offer steam version of the game. And they told me to go to you. So once again Microsoft lied to me and go in wild goose chase, well that not a surprise. So I'm stuck with a broken game.
Years later MCC is still broken, and it known for it. I could have already have played the games and enjoyed buy Microsoft on purpose waste my time to not fix the issue. Unless in you can offer ideas suggestion or actually support that not repeating what I
already done multiple times like go to this website and follow instruction rise repeat over and over. Why can't Microsoft just give me the steam version, that what I want not go there and do this, is frustrating and time wasting. Weren't you hired by Microsoft
and can't you talk to them to finally end this. Microsoft let me down multiple times and this only add the pile. Can I get email address to Microsoft or Xbox support. In the end Just want to continue playing the game.
