Discus and support mcc pc locks my microsoft account in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; so basically i create a alt to play mcc pc, but then a few days after, the account gets locked for some reason? can someone explain why this is...     Your probably punched in a password too many times. That sometimes happens to me but then I fix it.

    I can't sign into my account on MCC on PC. I called xbox support for help and on their end, it says I have an enforcement action.
    what is the error you get when you try to sign in on MCC?

    do you have another account you can try to see if it is your account or MCC on PC?

    Are you sure that your Microsoft account is linked to the Steam version of MCC in-game? If you get a mid-mission checkpoint, your data will not save between the Xbox and PC.

    1. Logout from Xbox app and Microsoft Store app

    2. Look for the Xbox app and Microsoft Store in the Windows bar, right-click, click app settings and then click terminate, restore and reset. Do this for the game too.

    3. Clear the store cache type ''wsreset'' in the Windows bar, run as admin, and wait for the screen to close and open the store automatically.

    4. Login with your account again in both apps and try again

    If after 24 hours the content doesn't appear in-game, I recommend contacting the Halo team.

    Hey so i tried all that and it still will say "error cannot sign into Xbox live" when i try to open Halo MCC on my personal pc profile. But as soon as i switch to the other computer profile using the same Microsoft account it works fine.
