    MCC on pc Xbox doesn’t work


    I bought the MCC on pc Xbox app, installed it and started the game up and was hit with the Easy Anti-Cheat Unknown file version (MCCWinStore-Win64-Shipping.exe). Did some research and ran the file” MCCWinStore-Win64-Shipping” as admin and i started playing the game fine. The next day i ran into the same issue, ran the file as admin and it doesn't work saying i might not have the appropriate permissions to access the item. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game, switched profiles, repaired and deleted files, and prayed the game would launch again but it hasn’t. PLEASE HELP

    i’m extremely excited to replay these games but haven’t had the chance to actually play them

    Halo Reach will not install/launch xbox games pass for PC

    You missed the edit lol

    And yes mcc pc.is different from.gamepass for pc

    They only added the halo 4 to complete mcc

    But as with all disks versions mcc pc is still the same as xbox one

    However mcc gamepass is completer

    Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently facing multiplayer issues . But don't worry, the following troubleshooting steps will help fix the issue.

    Step 1: Clear Mac address:

    Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear it and the console should restart. It would definitely help if you could restart the internet router while the console is restarting.

    Step 2: Remove your account:

    First, please select System > Settings > account > remove accounts and then select your account and select Remove to confirm then re-add your account.

    Step 3: Reset your console:

    If you are still encountering the same issue, please select System > Settings > System > Console info > Select Reset console > Choose Reset and keep my games and apps.

    Note =>The "Reset and Keep my Games and Apps" option will not cause losing your games, but please be aware that you need to be completely aware of the email address as well as the password of your account before going for it because it will require you to sign in to the account.

    Step 4: Check your NAT type:

    Another thing you should check is your NAT type. I would like you to check your NAT type if open because that could sometimes interfere. to check for the NAT type you can follow the steps below:

    Settings > Network Settings > NAT type => It should be open.

    If the NAT type is not open, you will need to open some ports with your internet provider. These ports must be open for Xbox Live to work: Port 88 (UDP) Port 3074 (UDP and TCP) Port 53 (UDP and TCP) Port 80 (TCP) Port 500 (UDP) Port 3544 (UDP) Port 4500 (UDP).

    Step 5: Check your internet connection:

    In case the issue still persists, please try connecting to a different network, or perhaps using a hotspot momentarily to just sync your worlds and then connecting to your home network once more.

    If you are using your PC/ Windows 10, please follow the solutions below:

    Solution 1- Check the Network Connection:

    Sometimes, it can happen that due to a weak network connection the party chat gets interrupted in between and it stops working on your PC.

    If you are connected with Wi-Fi and still you encounter Windows 10 Xbox app party chat not working issue then try the other solutions.

    Solution 2 - Troubleshoot multiplayer connection issues:

    Here are some troubleshooting tips to help with any multiplayer connection issues:

    1. Please make sure Windows 10 is up to date.

    2. Open the Xbox App on your PC and navigate to the settings button.

    3. Click the Network tab and let it run its cycle.

    3. Once its complete, you will see your Xbox Multiplayer NAT type and Server connectivity:

    If there is an issue identified, follow the "More Information" link for further troubleshooting steps.
