    MCC Help .


    alright so when I got my first xbox one , it was the MCC editon . i redeemed my code right away and had the game . then i switched to the Xbox one S , and it disappeared. No big deal im thinking , so i try to go download it and its trying to make me pay
    . even though i reedemed the code . I looked through download history and nothing . not sure how I would fix this or if i even can so any help is appreciated i just don't want to pay 30$ for something i had before for free.

    I still don't see myself buying the current gen consoles.

    Why not fix Halo MCC before you worry about Halo5

    They should be able to do both. Also getting started on playtesting early should help avoid a repeat of issues with MCC. Yes Halo MCC shouldn't have been broken on release, but apparently that's the way the industry is going. Things do seem to be improving
    now but there are still issues with MCC.

    I can't sign into my account on MCC on PC. I called xbox support for help and on their end, it says I have an enforcement action.
    what is the error you get when you try to sign in on MCC?

    do you have another account you can try to see if it is your account or MCC on PC?

    ODST ISSUE

    Hi, to inform you of this but to get ODST for free you had to play Halo: MCC before 12/19/2014. As far as I can tell you first played MCC on 1/06/2015. Hope this info helped.
