MCC Downloaded, but Halo Reach won't Install!

At first, Halo MCC was not downloading at all on the XBox Beta app. So I ran my laptop on clean boot mode and was able to download the MCC. I started the game by searching up the game on my search bar and not on the XBox app. The game takes me to the 343
Industries loading screen then immediately exits as it redirects me to the Microsoft store installation page for Halo Reach. I click the install button and restart the game but the same thing. The game takes me to 343, exits, and brings me to the same Microsoft
store page. I have tried installing Reach numerous times now, both on regular mode and clean boot mode.

Assistance would be very much appreciated.

I uninstalled from the app as you said, but now can't install it again from there, it says I haven't purchased the Game Pass.

I uninstalled and reinstalled MCC 3 times and it finally started working. It is extremely tedious and took a while, but after that the game started working fine.

I also installed/uninstalled on the XBox beta app not the Microsoft Store.

Hey there,

The Xbox PC app and the MCC are currently not cooperating together. The support teams are aware of it since a lot of people are running into this issue. They haven't found a solution for it yet, but they are working on it.

I know this isn't very helpful, but I promise there are people working on it and it will be fixed soon!

I have the same problem!! I have bought this game and click the MCC, it launches, I see the "easy anti-cheat" window load, then the opening cinematic plays, it then closes or crashes when the "343 industries" shows
and the Halo Reach Microsoft app page is opened and says I need to install Halo Reach. But I did install it!!!!!
