    MCC crash on load screen


    For the past week, every time i try and play the MCC on my account i get to the main loading screen, and when i press a button to have the game sync my user data it starts the loading circle then the music bugs out and the screen freezes, immediatly after
    the game crashes entirely with no error message. Ive tried soft resets, deleting my account from the system and reinstalling it, cleared local and cloud save data, reinstalled the game, factory reset keeping everything, facrory reset the console and reinstalled
    everything. Im at a complete loss here as to what to do now. I can play offline where ill get a message about user data sync error, i can also play with other accounts on the system, so it seems to only effect my account. Didnt download an update or anything,
    i just was playing one night, woke up tried to play and it was unusable. (Playing on Xbox One S)

    Did Halo Break My Xbox?

    I don't think there's anything wrong with my Blu-Ray drive. I can load other physical games like AC: Black Flag without issue. It's only when I attempt to load MCC or a digital purchase like Spartan Assault or Crimson Dragon that the game won't make it past
    the title screen or crashes as soon as it begins to load up.

    Halo channel says I need to buy MCC to watch nightfall, but I already have.

    Ok I managed to make it work.

    1. Sign in with the account that activated the code

    2. Sign everyone else out

    3. Open the Halo Channel app

    4. If it doesn't load or work, make the app crash by activating another app and then immediately go back to Halo Channel.

    5. go to the home screen press menu and quit the app

    6. Open the MCC up

    7. Go to the extras page and select Nightfall

    8. Hopefully it should work, but if not force the app to quit while loading and load it through the MCC again

    Yes, it only happens with MCC. And, I finally got it to load it just took a few minutes of waiting at the frozen screen.
