    MC RTX Beta won't install in 1.16 Nether Update.


    I recently uninstalled the RTX beta to check out the nether update with my friends. I then tried to reinstall the RTX Beta, and it just didn't work. I tried deleting the game and reinstalling it while signed up for the beta, I tried to force update it, and nothing would work. I'm locked out of the RTX Beta and stuck in the 1.16 release. Help!

    Xbox Insider Hub account locked with minecraft still in beta

    I have found a solution. After I deleted my original insider account I created a new one and joined the rtx minecraft beta other than the nether beta which was what I was in. I then updated minecraft to rtx and unenrolled and reverted back to the normal
    minecraft version.

    I have the same issue.

    Windows 11 just built in the last few days and updated to latest Beta build.

    Minecraft Windows 10 edition installed fresh this morning (after installing Xbox Insider etc. to try RTX then updating MC again).

    Go into the Marketplace find some resource packs for free to try RTX.

    Get them in my library, click on download, progress bar comes up at 0% and nothing happens.

    I am having same issue, my friend has xbox one 1.16 nether update version and i have the nintendo switch 1.14.3 version and it will not let me into realm. The realm acct/world was created on my friend’s xbox one. Is there any solution to this problem?
    As the others have said previously, your friend on Xbox is in the Minecraft Beta. The only way you would be able to join their realm is if they left the beta and downgraded to the "current" version. Good Luck!

    1.16 is the Beta version of the game. You would need to have signed up for the beta to be able to play on this version.
