MC Realms Online Meed Permissions

You need to customize your Microsoft account privacy settings to play Minecraft multiplayer:

I'm trying to set up an Xbox Live or Microsoft Account (including Realms access for Child Accounts!)

Furthermore, if you’re playing on a Xbox, Sony PlayStation, or Nintendo Switch, you’ll need to make sure you have that console’s online subscription service active. That means you need an active subscription to Xbox Live Gold, PlayStation Plus, or Nintendo Switch Online as needed by your console.

Thanks for the reply but according to the creator and the video that he posted on Youtube, it will work on realms. He demonstrated it on a realm that he plays on with others. So apparently that information is outdated. I'll double check with MC support.

If you're having trouble joining or creating Realms, go ahead and check out the online and privacy settings on your account and make sure its set to adult. However, if you have a child account ask your parent to change the privacy settings.

So me and a few of my friends are thinking about starting a Realms world together and i try to play on Realms and it says You Need Permission You cannot play on Realms because of how your Microsoft account is set up. This can changed in your privacy
and online safety settings on aka.ms/accountsettings. The aka.ms thing didn’t work for me and it brought me to xbox360 online settings. So I need to figure out what I have to change and how I do it. So if anyone can help please do so.
