MC Dungeons - White Screen After Microsoft Account Login - Unresolved

To who ever can help without copy/pasting the same "fixes"....

I have now spent too many hours with this to no avail.

Core issue - upon opening MC Dungeons, i can enter my login credentials for microsoft, it recognizes the login and says "lets play" , after hitting the green Lets Play button the login window goes solid white and never progresses, just stuck there, i have to either alt/f4 the game, or task manager and end task it.

I have played the game on this same system before, with no hardware changes made, albeit a few months ago.... I have tried every known and listed "fix" throughout Microsoft's help site, the Mojang Jira, and Minecraft forum sites.

I have wiped and reinstalled windows 10 fresh, installed reinstalled the game 3-4 times on the fresh win install, tried disabling firewalls, completely uninstalled any antivirus (minus windows defender, but tested disabling it).....

also, I have attempted launching through the xbox app, the Minecraft launcher, and directly from the application exe, no change.

also note traditional Minecraft (MS store and java) works fine with no issue

I would really like to get this fixed as its not just me playing, i play this with my 5 year old son with special needs, or at least have tried too.... so a resolution would be greatly appreciated.

First, would you please download the Minecraft Launcher for Windows 7/8? It is a more stable version.

See if you still experience this issue with the Windows 7/8 launcher.

Also, please go to Start > Search and click on Xbox network > See if your connection test result shows Open NAT and server connected. If it shows any error, please let me know.

I have the same issue with my series x with a white screen at my account login. I've tried resetting my console (twice), but the issue remains. I will get logged in with the Xbox app for the initial login after resetting, but subsequent logins are back to a white screen. Is there any other way to fix this issue than a soft reset?

Just to confirm, you've already migrated your Minecraft account to a Microsoft account, correct?

Please make sure that you're using the correct Microsoft account where you migrated your Minecraft account. You may also review your email history and find the migration details to confirm your correct account.

If you have other Microsoft account, please try to check it as well.

Then try to reset your Xbox app and the Microsoft Store.

Check as well on your PC Settings > Accounts. Make sure it's your correct account that's signed in. Try as well to switch to a local user.

MC Dungeons was purchased post migration.

The account has achievements from MC Dungeons listed on Xbox profile, On my Mojang profile which lists the username on the website, lists MC and MC Dungeons as owned games. I can log into MC without trouble using the same account listed previously but MC Dungeons remains unable to be played or installed.

What I've tried;

* Logging in and out of Microsoft account from PC

* Removing Microsoft account from Xbox & Microsoft store

* Uninstalling & reinstalling Minecraft Launchers (Microsoft store, Mojang installer Windows 10/11 & Windows 8)

* Logging in on another device

None of which has been successful

At some point this account has owned MC Dungeons but it isn't listed on Microsoft's end, Only Mojang's end.

Would you mind giving this a try?

- Remove your account by going to Settings > Account > Remove Accounts

- Press the Xbox button to open the guide, go to the Profile & system tab > Add or switch > Add new > and sign back into your account.

- Go to Settings > Account > Sign-in, security & passkey > Change my sign-in & security preferences > and set that to "No barriers".
