MC Dungeons UNABLE TO VERIFY GAME OWNERSHIP

I reordered the hero edition of the game and logged in no issues .I uninstalled after a while and when I reinstalled I couldn't log in, every time it would say "UNABLE TO VERIFY GAME OWNERSHIP".I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times but haven't got in since the first time.

In such cases, I would suggest checking your order history at http://account.microsoft.com

If the game does not show up in the account while you're sure it was, I would advise you to contact the support through: http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

You have to bought it into your sons acc cuz it's exclude from the family group.

I.E. i've got it from Game Pass but for my son i had to bought it into his account cuz it appears the same error of ownership

Thanks for reaching out to us, I can provide some of the solutions that they have come up with the known bug that you are having.

Known Issue: Users seeing a "Do you own this game or app when launching a recently purchased game.

Workaround: To make sure you own the game and did not run in to any issues with your payment instrument at the time it was attempted to be charged, head on over to account.microsoft.com to
ensure the game is marked as "Completed" in your order history. If not, you will need to purchase the game again because the initial purchase did not go through.

My friend had the same problem i told him to clear his alternate mac address and it worked you can do the same in settings

Have you installed the correct version of it?

There are quite a lot of different versions of it, which could be confusing:

The Minecraft Dungeons launcher version: You need the minecraft dungeons launcher to play it. You can't use the other versions.
The Windows 10 / Microsoft Store version: You need to open the microsoft store app and download it from there. The other versions can't be used.
The Xbox One Version: Won't show the download button if you're on the computer, which can be confusing.
