    MC bedrock Online issues.


    Recently, I’ve been having an issue where I can’t play Minecraft online on bedrock edition even though I have an Xbox live subscription and my Microsoft account is and adult account. When I scroll over to the friends and servers tabs on MC bedrock edition, it gives me the error that says “you cannot play online multiplayer because of how your Microsoft account is setup. Please ensure your online safety settings allow multiplayer and clubs and you have an active Xbox live gold subscription. See instructions for changing these settings at aka.ms/MCMultiplayerHelp.” I’ve checked literally everything at this point and I’ve even deleted the game and re-installed it but nothing is working. I noticed it says something about a child account but my Microsoft account and my Xbox account are both adult accounts. If anyone can help me with this issue, I would be grateful.

    Hi Whitethunder255, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    There are multiple reports in regards to the aid concern but since there is no official announcement we just need to perform troubleshooting steps.

    When you sign in to https://account.xbox.com/settings kindly “block” these settings if they’re already on “allow” then submit and after that “allow” again then submit.

    After that perform a powercycle then try again.

    1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

    I purchased bedrock on the windows MC launcher by itself. Now when I go in the launcher it shows that bedrock is ready to play while java says "Buy Now".
