May's Xbox Quest not displaying as fulfilled but I'm confident I met all 3 criteria

I've been trying very hard to get directed to the right people to find help resolving this issue and this is the 4th attempt so here goes nothing...

For the May Xbox Quests, the tracker shows me the following:

Login to your account 100%
Play Fortnite 100%
Download games 50%
What has me concerned is that I downloaded both Metal Gear Solid V (downloaded 5/15/18) and Vanquish (downloaded 5/19/18) during the month of May and the criteria for the download games quest was to download two free games with gold,
which both were, so I figured there would be no issue. I'm really worried about missing my Fortnite reward from completing the May quests from what seems to be a technical error!!! I'm guessing it may have stemmed from Vanquish being an Xbox 360 game originally
that ended up as a free game with gold thanks to backwards compatibility. Maybe this is causing the quest not to fulfill properly? Not sure if anyone else has reported the same issue but I'm happy to show any proof necessary that these games were downloaded
during May (in fact I only really downloaded Vanquish to make sure I finished the quest in the first place). Please help, I'm feeling a bit defeated in this endeavor!

I met all the criteria but have not received the specialization code.
