Maybe someone with some pull can help me?

Over four weeks ago I started having trouble with my elite controller. It would no longer connect to my Xbox One console. So I went to Microsoft online repair center to put in a request to repair my controller. I got authorization to get it repaired. So
I sent in the controller through USPS I bought insurance and postage for the shipping which was $12.00 in total. It took about four days to receive what I thought was my Elite controller. I opened the box what did I see? My Elite controller? Nope a regular
white one.

So I start a chat with Microsoft Xbox support his name was Rusty, he was very helpful at first he asked me to send to him a picture of the white controller the shipping information, a picture of the boxes labels that the controller shipped with, and serial
numbers. I sent all the information asked to Rusty. After that Rusty never tried to contacted me again after I sent multiple emails asking for a status update from him. That some great customer service right?

After a week had passed without reply I started another hour long chat with customer service this time with Rommel. He was very helpful too. He looked at all my information and he basically told me that he would need to upgrade my ticket to a higher support
level. I said great! Now maybe this won't take much longer to sort with whole thing out . Well now it was been seven days since that chat, well five not counting the weekend. No reply from Microsoft, no controller. This was been the worst experience I have
ever had from any support.

I have been with Xbox since the beginning I got my first Xbox in 2002 and Xbox live subscriber since then as well. What is going on with your support and why can they not resolve this simple issue?

According to support this issue has been upgrade, but that is now two weeks ago.

I wouldn't really bet on it. I really doubt you would be able to actually play Xbox 360 games on Xbox One this way.

The max that I can see happening is, you may be able to hook your 360 to your One using the HDMI port it has. Then, it will show the Xbox 360's interface and such instead of the TV one but you would still need to use your 360 controller to use it.

It's like a console inside a console...consoleception!

people are just finding crap to gripe about with the xb1.. ps4 dosnt have backwards compadability or a way to play ps3 games thru it. because their is a hdmi(in) port people are finding a way to make it sound bad.

hear is logic. most tv's have 3-4 hdmi in ports. use one for your 360 and xb1.. i have a feeling the people with allot to say about xb1 didn't pre order and had no intention on it. with how many million 360 players that leaves a big window tto thro rocks at with the xb1.
