Maybe fix the controller issue instead of deleting post!!!

First off, dont take any of this personally, this is aimed at the company of Microsoft and not anyone specific.

I have an XBox One S and One X, both have the same problem with ALL controllers! This is the only reason I dont have a Series X, you still have this problem on your new console, what is wrong?! How cant you fix it?!!!

DO NOT TELL ME TO CHARGE,RESET, RESTART, RECONNECT OR ANY OF THAT TRASH, I TRIED IT ALL SO DO NOT INSULT MY INTELLIGENCE.

Please dont tell me to calm down, I have payed for this machine with my hard earned money and I have the right to be angry if it doesn't work as it should, nothing is perfect, I get that, but this issue is years old and you guys still cant fix it, that's crazy!



HOW CANT YOU MANUFACTURE A CONTROLLER THAT DOES NOT LOOSE THE CONNECTION MULTIPLE TIMES EVERY DAY???!!!

Imagine having a car that loses its ability to steer a few times every time you drive it, how big off a lawsuit would that lead to?

Now your issue is not as serious as the example above but why should I expect less from you than I expect from my car company?

IF THIS IS NOT SOLVED WITHIN 2 WEEKS I WILL START LOOKING INTO A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT LIKE THE ON NINTENDO IS FACING, YOU HAVE BEEN AWARE OF THIS ISSUE FOR YEARS BUT STILL YOU REALEASE A CONSOLE WITH THE SAME ISSUE, THAT IS GROUND FOR A LAWSUIT.

Anyone interested in joining the lawsuit, comment below and I will let you know when the time comes.
