Maybe a problem with HDMI cable, maybe not.

Okay have an Xbox 360 and have had it for four years, love it everyone plays on it all the time. Well, I transferred it from Bedroom to living room and now it doesn't work, all the lights come on but the TV won't support it. I moved it back to bedroom and
same thing. Tried the whole pushing Y and RT while turning it on nothing. I know that it is working cause I can turn it on from console and turn of from controller. HELP!!!

Maybe HDMI problem

last night my xbox was working fine but when i went t sleep i turned my xbox on and nothing happen so i plugged the HDMI into a diffrnet spot and it didnt work i made sure it was the right hdmi and the TV is working fine on regualar shows
UPDATE: i just tried to turn my xbox off through
my controller and it did show turn console off and stuff i just dont see the dashboard

That sounds odd! Let's try starting out by holding the power button down on your Xbox One until the console fully powers down. Once your Xbox One is fully powered down, remove the power cable from the back of the console and let it sit for 5 minutes. Once
the time passes, plug it back in and give it another shot!

 

So it comes on but nothing is on the tv, right?

First off I would double check all your cables and make sure they are plugged in all the way. Unplug them and plug them back in if needed.

Reset your display settings. To do this:

Note If you are using an Xbox 360 Wireless Controller, turn on the console by using the Guide button on the controller. Make sure that you use the player 1 controller when you do this. The player 1 controller will have the upper-left light illuminated.

As the console starts, on the controller, press and hold Y while pulling the right trigger. The display settings are reset to the default settings, and then the console automatically restarts."

 

I have done all these thing several times.

 

Could be an issue with the cable itself. Have you tried a different cable?
