May xbox quests reward not recieved

Hello i have completed last months quests (may) but still havent recieved my reward yet is there any way someone can help

Have not received Januarys xbox quest reward its now March

have not recieved my xbox quest reward for january yet please fix this

my gamertag is and i have completed the xbox may quest and i still havent recieved any type of confirmation on completing them when i have fully completed them i havent recieved the rewards.

 

Prizes from quests are given within the following month. If you don't receive anything by the end of June, you'll need to post back here.

 

Okay do you know how long or is it random

 

Most people usually receive them about mid-month, but you can receive them anytime during the month.

 

it is most likely a random date as they will have to check who has completed the Quests so they know who shall receive the rewards
