may update has done something to all my Xbox accounts on my Xbox

hey i updated my Xbox one on the 19/05/2017 after i updated the Xbox i could not go onto a online session in my game or i could not send any messages i was saying that i could not because of past behaviour but it says that on all of my accounts i have 5
on my Xbox when i start a party that says my privacy settings prevent chat with some people witch is everybody all this did not happen until i updated i sent a message before i updated i can send messages on the Xbox smart-glass app but not thought Xbox it
self

a few days ago i had to install mandatory update on xbox console, also had to do same on my elite account, then had to accept new terms of agreement. so after im done all my elite lobbies are gone. all accounts paid up to date, all services up an running.
i pay extra for elite content but seems that is voided from my account. i find no way to contact support for quick answer but may have to go that route if no one has same problem. thanx steve

I've done all the trouble shooting available in the forums, can't get my xbox to update or connect to live. Will downloading the update onto a flashdrive and updating my system that way actually work? Also, this is the second time the live update has happened
in the past month and both times it corrupted my hard drive and erased everything on my xbox. Is this something that can be fixed through my own means or is this an issue that has to be fixed through other means?
