May System Update Issues

I got my prompt to update my Xbox One X about four days ago. I begin to install the update. When you update, there are three different steps, The Download, The Verification, and the Application. My Xbox One X downloads the update in about 5 seconds, then
it gets to the Verification, goes all the way up to 49% and then just stops until after about 5-10 minutes, my system will shut itself off. So, after my system failed to download the update after trying four more times, I went out and purchased a flash drive
to do an Offline System Update. I followed the steps on the support page to bring up the Troubleshoot menu on the Xbox, plug in my flash drive with the unzipped, ready to install update, and my xbox won’t even let me scroll over to the option that says “Offline
System Update”. I don’t know what else to do. My network is apparently running fine, everything was running fine beforehand, so what exactly am I supposed to do now?

I also forgot to mention that the error codes that I would get would be 0x000000000 and I got another one that when I looked them both up on the support page, said that they could not be found.

Not sure exactly what your problem is but i would try to hard reset the xbox and unplug the power cord from the back of the xbox also to ensure no power is running through the xbox and if that does not work i would call xbox customer support if the issue
isnt resolved

I remember this similar error code 0x000000000. A couple years back, it was associated with users in the Xbox Preview program, but later became widespread. The error often bricks the console, prevents the console from connecting online or booting up properly.
(Other error codes that associated with this at the time were 0x8b050033 and 0x00000201)

I would first try these steps to troubleshoot first:

- Do a “hard reset” of your console.

- Select “Stay offline”, and then attempt to manually connect to Xbox Live via the dashboard.

- Set your console to “Instant On” in the console settings, and then do a hard reset.

- Try removing yourself from the Xbox One Preview Program if you're enrolled into it.

If these steps doesn't help, then I suggest directly contacting Xbox Support.
