    Sorry to hear you are having issues with Xbox Clubs.

    May I recommend you try signing out of your current account and power cycling the Xbox. Then attempt to leave the undesired club. You may also be able to rectify this through using the Xbox mobile / desktop application and attempt to leave the Club this way.

    Failing this please get in touch with the XBOX Live Support.
