May I get a refund ?

I believe there is also a limit on how many refund you can get within a period of time.

Also, if may not be up to Microsoft. The publisher of the game may decide not to offer refunds so Microsoft probably can't do that. I have heard that Bathesda have not been refunding on other platforms as well so it may be the decision to deny refunds.

Trials, I don't believe you can get a refund. If they are regular monthly ones, then refunds may be possible.

May be that's the reason. May be because you were already provided with the refund, if you keep on trying to get the refund for the same stuff it may be taken as you're trying to abuse the system.
