I can't appeal even though I am a victim of spam reporting. I didn't break any guidelines or post anything offensive in Looking for Group. So this is kind of unbelievable to be honest.

To confirm, your account was banned over a year now? If that's the case, even if it was eligible for a case review, you may not be able to submit a case review at this moment because a case review may be eligible only within 12 months from suspension.

If the enforcement action was set to end today but you still have not received all privileges restored on your account, we're afraid you'll need to wait a bit longer. For example, it can take up to 24 hours for communication privileges
