May I ask what day my credit will come

Just wanted to Kno when will my credits deposit and how much??...saving up for something and need to Kno the difference I need to pay..thanks

Christmas is cancelled...

I've been on to Xbox support all day yesterday attempting to sign in my son to his new XBoxOne. The issue I have is that an Adult has to verify this with a credit card. I've logged 4 cards but still no joy and think the issue is with my account
being a .com email address. The reason I think this is because when I try to do this on my laptop, the details for my credit card are asking for a ZIP code & STATE.... I LIVE IN THE UK... no zips or states there....

Be that as it may, If I didn't have a credit card, how does he log-in.. I'm bringing this up now because come Christmas Day & this happens, XBOX will be inundated with calls..... What I mean is, not every adult has a credit card... OR Xbox account..???

Why doesn't MY live account password be enough as it is on his 360 when prompted...

From the FAQ on Vault Credits:

I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.

Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.

You can see what Credits are pending and when they were placed as pending from the MyRewards page.

No. Credits can only be deposited to the account tied to the Rewards program.

Ok I think I may know what is going on here I was stuck as a default because I refused to forfeit the credits my trial is over but I still am stuck in default spartan mode but it asked again and this time I agreed I'm down all the way to a Sergeant and lost
a lot of credits and all my armor but I can buy stuff back now
