May 7th restocking MyVIP Vault announcement

Actually rewards credits as well as Live memberships were available....briefly. The 10K credits went first, followed by the 12 month Gold (which I was lucky enough to redeem prior to them disappearing about 10 minutes later) and
the 5K rewards were available through the night before becoming "out of stock". Seems as they are stocking them with the bare minimum and sporadically, so you need to check often - sometimes several times a day as that was how I lucked into the one I was able
to redeem. They still remarkably have the 12 month Game Pass available. Personally I wouldn't hold my breath for the Visa cards to be restocked, I imagine only Microsoft digital items will see a restock before the program expires.

I am confused to why and how rewards credits are out of stocks. I can understand the Visa cards. But not the rewards credits.

That is a good question, one which we will never know the answer to unfortunately. I hope you get lucky and are able to redeem those gems before the upcoming merge/bend-over. All I can suggest is to keep vigilant and check often, hopefully they will do more
restocks and not be so frugal with the amounts available.

Yes, I want to redeem them. I have 3057 gems. With the current conversion via Visa card or rewards credit, that is $75. But with the conversion to Microsoft Rewards, that is $30.57. I will lose $45. Microsoft Rewards sucks!
