(May 2014) Xbox Live Gold: e-mail recieved CANCELLED; I didn't cancel!

First time (2012-2013) I bought a gold membership it was 14 month(promo) no problem. Then it expired soo. this May 2014 I decided to buy again because it was announced that Saints Row the third was going to be free with gold. First I went to try the 1 month
trial because I haven't used it yet. So it worked! I went gold and then I downloaded Dust:Elysian Tail. NO problem. after playing it for an hour. I got tired and went to youtube and it said Sign in with an account with a gold membership. so I was like WATDAF****.
I checked my membership became free. So I went to my e-mail and recieved an email from *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** that it was cancelled. So I said to myself its just probably a glitch for the trial. So went to my account then bought a 1 month gold membership. this
was different. I didn't even went gold!!! checked my e-mail and *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** sent 2 emails 1st email said congratulations i went gold and the bill was sent to my credit card. 2nd said they were sorry that i was not gold anymore and
said the gold membership was Cancelled?!?! another issue that i don't see any transactions made on my account in xbox.com but I can see the e-mails sent.

i was thinking twice about why did I even choose to buy xbox

I just want my gold subscription back

So today (06-26-2014) i got on my xbox and got a message that said my xbox live gold expired wich i should have had for 3 more weeks, When i went to check my e-mail i got a message that said i cancelled my xbox live gold. My point is i did not cancel it
and i want to know why the *** you cancelled it!

Hi. Here's the full story so ign announced that Saint's Row:The Third was going to be free with Xbox Live Gold this May. So I decided that's a pretty good deal. I went to my computer went to xbox.com and went to my account and subscribed to xbox gold
... and yes ! I was gold. AND THEN th BS started. I went to my console and said my account membership is still free????? then I doubled check to my e-mail and it said I was bill-ed to my credit card AND THEN THE SECOND E-MAIL SAID THAT MY SUBSCRIPTION WAS
CANCELLED. When I didn't even cancel anything. pls help

This is something you would need to phone support about as they are the only ones who can access your account.

 

What you're describing seems really odd, but like Badger says you're going to have to speak with Phone Support as they're the only ones who can look into your account and see what is happening here.
