Max: The Curse of Brotherhood code redemption issue

I received a code for Max: The Curse of Brotherhood in my messages on my Xbox One. I clicked redeem and it said it would be in the Ready to Install section, but it is not there. I click redeem again it just says "This code has already been redeemed."
I'm not sure where to go from here. I've checked my Games & Apps and the Ready To Install section within on numerous separate occasions. I've also fully restarted the xbox. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Sorry to hear it. Can you try finding the game in the Store and see if it can be installed from there?

I found it in the store, but unfortunately is still has a $15 price on it, so that doesn't work. Please let me know if you have any other suggestions.

I just looked and could not find MAX: The Curse of Brotherhood free on the website. The only thing that I saw that was free was a game add on. It is D4: Dark Dreams Don't Die - Max: The Curse of Brotherhood
