Just updated my console, looks like the games work just fine now.

In the preview program. Took about 10 minutes to download. The only problem I had was it told me to sign in; hit home, choose this person, and it was working fine.

So... I get home last night and turn on my XB1, switch it to instant on mode, then turn it off...

System gets an update...

Turn on XB1, download Spartan Assault and Max... Appears as if there are no problems, but didn't get time to play either of them.

Also I turned on "instant sign in" so I don't have to rely on Kinect... Cos I'm the 99% user of my box... And even though I've manually signed in quite a few times due to being somewhere different in the room, having more than one person in the room, having
glasses on and off, having headset on and off... etc, etc... I still have occasional issues with the Kinect sign in... I'll test out instant sign in tonight... Yay!

P.S. I'm not in the beta (preview) program...

I downloaded it yesterday even though I don't plan on playing it any time soon. I just figured I'd *** it up while it was free so it will be there when I'm ready. I just set it to download and continued playing Watch_Dogs. Shortly thereafter a notification
popped saying the download was complete.

Edit: Are you kidding me?! The words they censor on this forum are a level so far beyond absurd, Kim Jong Un would tell them to lighten up

Did that to me this morning. Stopped at 99%, but I was able to update it through system settings. Hope it gets fixed for the rest of you. It's a pretty fun game so far.. I haven't made it too, too far yet.
