    it's free, I see.....been trying to download it all night. Gets to 99% installed and quits.

    Says check settings to see if update is available. No update.

    Anyone else having this problem????

    Possible free game

    Just checked my install list and Max the curse of the brotherhood is there waiting to install I haven't purchased the game so could be a free gift any one else received it.

    Max: The Curse of Brotherhood in Ready to Install?

    Right out of nowhere, a game called Max: The Curse of Brotherhood is in my Ready to Install. I have not purchased this game but for some reason I'm able to download it. Anyone getting the same thing?

    Several people are having the same issue, Xbox support twitted they were looking into it.

    If you are in the beta preview it works if not it won't. I am not in it and I am having the same issue.

    Same here got to 99% then got "installation has stopped. " Checked for available updates - none. Manual shutdown, restarted. Attempted retry; got to "100% installation" but would not complete and I'm still unable to play either one of the free games.

    Grrrrr....

    Same issue here. I wondered if they will "unlock" after the June update. I read something about needing to "check in" so if your subscription lapses, you lose access the games.

    I am NOT in the Beta and have gotten a 50 achievement on Max....... it is a good game.... the price was right.

    I just checked for system update, found update, updated console, when it came back up it said that Max was ready to start, so go and update your consoles.

    Thanks GG and others... I hope the update is available for us in Australia by the time I get home... Darn frugal electricity miser "I" have to be (*cough* wife *cough*) ... Console's on power saver mode MAX The Curse of Brotherhood....anyone else have install problems?? :(
