Answer:

Yes there is mouse and keyboard support on quite a few games like fortnite and few other games. If it uses USB it should work but Bluetooth USB keyboards doesn't always work so Just using a USB mouse and USB keyboard should do the trick.

The xbox team is working on implementing it, but no date so far.

If you can't wait you can also spend top dollar for an 3th party adapter.

Such an adapter will translate you're keyboard + mouse input into an controller command...

But those adapters don't come cheap.
