    Just recently I’ve started to get errors when redeeming codes from the Store (on console, on web, in app), with error code about MaturityRatingsDenialUserinFamily. Seeing as I am the adult user and have never had trouble before, this is a problem.
    It happens to games with as low an age rating as 3+. I have removed my children from the Family just to check, but it makes no difference. What do you suggest?

    (I'm in the Preview programme and, yes, I've tried removing my account from the console, power-cycling and adding account back, to no avail.)

    I purchased and have received and redeemed the codes for the games but seem to be getting an error code trying to redeem the 12 Month Live code.

    Any ideas? It just suggests trying again later.

    We have set up a family but I am the only adult account. I have tried removing all restrictions from the children in the family group but this has changed nothing.

    Any suggestions?
