Mature Language on Rated M Games

Recently I received a 24 hour communication ban by xbox live, and it wasn't even from a human but the automated system. I am honestly tired of seeing bs like this (happens to my friends a lot too) because we are using mature language on a game RATED 17+.
[EDIT: There are children playing these mature games and I don't see their accounts getting banned.] Not to mention, people grief all the time on games and they never get banned if I report, but someone can report one angry message i send (that does not even
contain hate speech or anything considered "abusive langauge") and I receive a ban. There is also no way to contact the enforcement team about these issues. I pay money for both the games and live service I use to play, and having a one-sided reporting system
where people can abuse it and even ban someone just because they died from them and got mad is getting ridiculous. I would like to know the legal justification behind this system by a Microsoft employee, because this is getting ridiculous and I am one more
issue from never using Xbox again. Not to mention these bans completed overstep in scope - why is editing my profile not allowed from a message ban? Why cannot I not talk in game chat? Why is overall communication banned, not just one form or why can I not
at least talk to people who have me added as a friend and be muted from being heard by randoms? It makes no sense at all.

Terms of use and using Mature Language while using Live services is a violation of those Terms of use.

Please go over to the
Enforcement Website so that you can submit a Case Review if you feel that you should not have been suspended.

As we are unable to assist and the enforcement team does not review the forums we will go ahead and lock this thread.

The description is correct because it's labelled as M for mature. They just don't have the entire description listed on the game page. If you click on the rating it does take you to this page which describes the M rating and does mention strong language

Im sure the Elder Scrolls 6: Electric Boogaloo and Fallout 4: New America are in the works as well. Unless you are talking real mature games, that push the M rating beyond Blood, gore, violence, and Language.

Honestly seeing how the game is rated M I think it is stupid to issue punishment for language but we all agreed to the same ToU and CoC that xbox had us agree to when our accounts were made. It's sad to see that the mature players cannot use language but
seeing how a good 30-40% of the cod players are kids I understand where they are coming from but then again the parents should not be letting their kids play a rated M game.
