Xbox Customer Support as they would be able to better assist you with this matter.

Alternatively, if you have already contacted them, I would recommend that you reply to the email that was sent out to you to better receive assistance.

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to look into this problem. I can totally see how this could be frustrating and confusing.

Actually, customer support would be the wrong way to go because they have no power to directly affect things in the game and only have the power to help with general troubleshooting for in-game problems .

If the steps outlined in our Xbox Game Freeze Solution do not help, then I would suggest instead posting on
Gears'
forums for more support. Also, I'd like to remind you that posting personal information (including customer support case numbers) is discouraged in the Xbox Forums Guidelines and will be mod removed.

Btw why can i not upload video here so you can see problem, link given to me to do this as you see faile tried numerous time.

reminder nobody can help me if you do not see the problem, that i am still trying to microsoft for weeks since gears 5 ultimate disc and redeemtion codes verified failed to get dlc, features.

completed basic game 3 times, except today very bad , invisible bad guys you cannot see to kill, you get killed instantly.

So cannot send video of invisible matriarck, not sure of spelling with invisible thing that kills niles instantly tearing niles apart, i see that this invisible whatever it is i hear it do not see it to kill it.

how do i send video if functions fail to accomplish photos and mov files.

as i see the microsoft consistancy of reliable fails goes pas failed games, when you get disconnected from chat and live returned phone calls, even with supervisors

1) failed support, why 9-6-19 early access for gears 5 ultimate with 4 dlc included as a retail disc in very impressive metal case.

2) weeks on phone/chatmode and still NO DLC FOR ME OR WHAT I GOT FOR MY STAFF TO ENJOY FAILS.

3) told on phone yesterday by supervisor lily to get video and upload to link, as you see also failed.

5) courage in battle no time to be afraid because then your dead, but moving forward being fired on and no time for fear, odds are 50 percent , you die or you alive they are not.
